To submit papers, visit http://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2024 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words) and must be at least 3 pages in length. In order to ensure the integrity of the double blind review process, authors' names and affiliations must not be listed on papers submitted for initial review.
All manuscripts should follow IEEE Author Guidelines for 8 ½" x 11" manuscripts as listed at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Poster papers are one page in length. Please use the Poster Paper Template to format your poster paper submission. Please submit poster papers to Dr. Qing-An Zeng qzeng@ncat.edu.
WTS uses a double-blind review process. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, and overall quality of the paper.
At least one listed author of the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2024 to present the paper, have it listed on the WTS 2024 website, and published in the conference proceedings. One registration is valid for up to two papers.
Submission instructions for final papers will be in the acceptance letter to the authors.
